Hello; the Harvest Resolution Table on GPCp13 seems to demand an opposed test; however, in 4a, it seems to me that you're only generating a Bad Weather total number by rolling D20, and adding a bunch of modifiers. In step 4c, it asks for an opposed test, but what is the "Bad Weather" testing against? Do you roll another D20 as a test roll against the Bad Weather Value?

You generate a Bad Weather score, and that becomes a skill rating. You then roll that skill rating against the Stewardship of the manor steward.

And remember that they might be bonuses on the Stewardship side as well (blessings, friendly commoners, etc.)
