the subject says it all. Were the stats just updated for the new edition? Is there new or different content?

I don't know about edition changes.
I've got the original. I believe the later edition had an extra adventure and by comparing the contents on Drive-Thru RPG with the one I have, I think it's one called "The adventure of the White Horror".
Maybe someone else can tell us if the adventure's good or if it's available anywhere else?

The only difference that I can find is that in the later edition there is a box which spells out the Glory awards. Thats it. It's the same text.

What about the adventure "Gentleman Ranker" spoke of? Is that included as well?

If we are talking about "Tales of the Specter Kings", it includes a long adventure titled "The Adventure of the White Horror". I have only skimmed it, but the bottom line is that the old Saxon warlord Horsa is wandering as a restless dead and must be stopped ...

Sounds much like the concept of "The Spectre King" (the specific adventure within the book), only substituting Horsa for Hengist.

Kind off. But this adventure has a much more open structure, and a more varied of challenges, it seems. Might run it on Friday, might not.
