Do I count a "Partial Win" as a Win or Tie when figuring Victory Results?

Meaning the knight achieved a partial success on his weapon skill roll? I'd call that a Loss myself, unless the knight suffered no effects from the blow (i.e., he was neither wounded or unhorsed). Then I'd call it a Tie.
