Hi all, I'm new to the forums. I see that there's an online game that is currently full. Does anyone know of any others? If not, is anyone interested in starting one? Thanks in advance.
P.S. Do you have to type the image and take the little quiz at the bottom every time you post?

You're welcome to submit a Request To Join for my game over on RPOL (http://rpol.net/game.cgi?gi=45105). I discuss the game in some small detail in this thread on the forums (http://www.gspendragon.com/roundtable/index.php?topic=1189.0). Can't guarantee you a spot, as I just added a fifth player, but a compelling RTJ might change my mind. In fact, anyone is free to apply as I'm always looking out (http://www.gspendragon.com/roundtable/index.php?topic=1164.msg9488#msg9488) for evil overlords (http://www.gspendragon.com/roundtable/index.php?topic=1164.msg9776#msg9776).

And the verification is required for new members, keeps the boards spam-free.

Sam,

I'd be interested in a short-term game. I'm a newbie so I wouldn't want to commit to anything like the GPC just yet, but I'd like to try a "one-shot" or maybe just play through a game year or two.

Thanks, both. Undead Trout, I've looked at your campaign; it looks fantastic. However, I fear that I could never pass your rigorous screening process.

Barrow, let's see what happens. I sometimes go over to the myth weaver forums and poke around to see if I can scare up any interest.

Undead Trout... I fear that I could never pass your rigorous screening process.

That's one of those "The cake is a lie" things. The rigorous part of an RTJ is just the writing, if you put some thought into it and do it passably well, your actual answers have less to do with whether you'll be accepted. All that my group has in common is Monty Python And The Holy Grail and Excalibur, some have not read Malory (let alone any other of the medieval romances), and their familiarity with the moderns is largely limited to Bradley, Cornwell, and White (and that's not a uniform familiarity). So don't sweat it if you aren't a Medieval Lit major like I was at university, that's not required to play. :)

OK Sam, thanks. In the meantime, if I find anything myself, I'll let you know.

Undead Trout-- are your "evil overlords" long-term menaces, or do they just make guest appearances? I'm interested, but I'm not sure I want to commit to a lengthy game just yet... assuming you even would consider letting a rookie in your game! Thanks.
