So we keep hearing about how Eosa was sired on a giantess, he can't ride a horse, etc., etc. But how big is he, really? I mean, how much of this is just wild rumor? I can't find any stats on him in the GPC, nor the SAXONS supplement. What should we think of in terms of SIZ?

I would run him as a small giant. Not much larger than the largest saxons, but big enough to be noticeable. Give him a wotanic bonus and a great axe if you really want to put the scare in your players :)

I've always pictured Eosa as this guy: http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0537631/

Racial maximum of Saxons is 21 (BoK&L). A small Giant has a 25.
I think his size is between these 2. I would go for 25.

In 5.1 racial maxima are gone. Size is rolled on 3d6+4 with saxons kicking in an extra 3 points.
Size 25 is doable for a starting saxon so making Eosa a bit bigger than this is not beyond the pale.
I think the real answer is - 'He is as big as he needs to be to put the fear of Wotan in your player knights.'
