Hello all,

My question is: when the name "Arthur" first appears? I mean, when Merlin abducts the son of Uther, is he already called Arthur? In my campaign, when the baby was taken, he was only "the son of the king", as if he wasn't baptized. I wanted the first moment that the name appears to be something "special".

Any thoughts?

Guilherme,

I am not 100% sure, but I believe is your answer is in the 3rd chapter of this book:

http://books.google.com.br/books?id=6CSSIJ8dg0wC&printsec=frontcover&dq=Le+Mo rte+d'Arthur&hl=pt-BR&sa=X&ei=ACp-T5SgIZCC8QSp3vGrDg&ved=0CDwQuwUwAQ#v=onepage&q=Le% 20Morte%20d'Arthur&f=false

It's Merlin who first calls the baby as Arthur, just after he was taken from Igraine and is about to be baptized and will be delivered to Sir Ector. Until then, he was only known as "the child".

But I don't know if there is a special reason for the name...

PS: Please, publish KAP here in Brazil, I know you can!!! :)
