I recently picked up Sherwood - The Legend of Robin Hood for D20 and Merrie England for BRP and I would highly recommend the latter to other KAP players.
Merrie England by Alphetar Games focuses on 12-13th century england and covers a lot of topics; folklore practices, the major religions, magical science, the land and the people, trading and adventuring, creatures etc etc. It is a very comprhensive piece of work and I was very pleasantly surprised at how much use I could make of it (doubly nice considering I paid my money up front without reading any reviews first). KAP's anachronistic timeline also means it fits quite well even though it's set so much later. It's a complete sourcebook with character generation and skills etc, but there's plenty more material which is not system specific and as it's BRP you could even copy across the rules with very little difficullty. While KAP is not really missing anything, this supplement will see good use as a handy companion peice.
Sherwood - The legend of Robin Hood, on the other hand, was a total letdown. It's a D20 product, with almost half the book focusing on combat feats etc. Great if you're into D20 but pretty useless to me. The rest is little more than a passing delve into the setting and pretty light on detail. I must admit I was hoping for something along the lines of ICE's Robin Hood supplement (an excellent product by the way which I'd fully recommend, sadly out of print and hard to find tho it is) but it doesn't come close.
