Does anyone have a family tree sheet for use by PKs? Preferably something on paper, because while I sometimes use my laptop while playing my players almost never do (and its more fun to have a physical record). Something with plenty of slots for uncles, siblings, and own children (cousins and kinsfolk not so important).

There are plenty of nice sheets available online, just not specifically with room for arms and such. Try this Google search (https://www.google.com/#hl=en&q=blank+family+tree+template), for example.
