Do the new marriage rules in the Book of the Entourage (bonus 1/age or year waiting and +1 for donation to Lord) supplant the 5.1 rules (Courtesy check for a +1, can 'bank' several years worth before rolling) or are they meant to be used in tandem? The bonuses in the new rules all seem to be provided by the Lord, but I got the impression that the bonuses in the 5.1 core were potentially from wooing the women themselves, thus they don't necessarily seem to be at odds with each other. In the end, I don't imagine an extra +1 here or there is going to make a lot of difference, but I just didn't want things to get out of hand. Thanks!

I was going with the Loyalty(Lord) check as per the core book and use the new table. But, as for how many years can but will be you the the GM. If they are wait 10+ years from the start that will be in the anarchy years, the chance of virgin maid will be slim, if the Saxons have rolled through plus there me some rich widows out there that can be subbed too.
