On page 22 of the BoB it states "The unit commander pits his Battle Skill vs. Unit Intensity in an opposed resolution and then chooses an maneuver"

On page 72 in the Example it states "He [Unit Commander] makes an opposed resolution between his Battle skill and the Greater of either the First Charge Intensity or the enemy Commander's Battle Skill"

So which is it?
