1) Do these additional modifiers apply to a roll on the Random Wife table on p19?

2) Is the modifier of +1 per year of age over 21 (or since last wife died) intended as a replacement for the 'Looking For A Wife' mechanic (roll Courtesy to accumulate a modifier) in the core rules Winter Phase?

It should also require the Courtesy Roll
