View Full Version : Entourage/escort for chieftains? Book of Entourage question

I have a scenario where a chieftain's daughter is escorted to the fort of another chieftain for her marriage. I want to know what her escort/entourage should be. This might be covered by Book of the Entourage, but I can't tell from the preview. From the preview it looks like the book deals with mainstream knights/ladies. However, from the comments, it looks like the book deals with the anarchy period. And even then, I'm not sure if this his just for household or also for escorts. So does it help if you want the more tribal Cymric (such as found in Savage Mountains or Pagan Shore)? I suppose even if it has the different ranks of nobility, I could correspond that and still get my answer?
I actually have the drivethrurpg website up in another tab, so if Book of the Entourage will help me answer my question, I'm ready to buy it. If not really helpful to this answer, maybe one of our resident experts can help? Or is this covered in another book?
Your help, as always, is greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance.

The general rule is to accompany her with as many people as possible. People are judged by the size of their entourage, and everyone wants to be judged to be as high as possible.

Entourage is for knights, though not necessarily only of the Anarachy Period.
For hall tribes, Savage Mountains is as close as you will get from anything in publication now.
