As it happens, I didn't bring my Book of Manor with me to my trip, so now I am stuck without it while trying to conduct some email GMing from abroad to keep the campaign moving.

Could some kind soul check from his/her copy, how much it costs to fix commoners' housing if it has been burned down in a raid? And how much the 1/4th of the village costs to fix? This is just so that I can tell my players how much of their ill-gotten loot they will need to fork over, if they wish their peasants to stay jolly and hard-working.

I do know that the peasants will fix their huts themselves, if the Landlord doesn't pay, but then they retain their Hate modifier from the damage done, and the players were asking how much it would cost to fix.

(Evil GM? Who me?)

Well, I am a GM so I don't know if I qualify as a "kind soul" or not
£30 for a quarter village
£1.5 for a peasant's house

You are OK in my book, Greg, if that helps any. Thanks for the reply!

And yikes, I had not remembered it was that much!
