"Dean Forest: This forest surrounds the city of Hereford and it’s “the Lost Kingdom” of Ergyng. Also therein is the healing temple of Lydney."

"Situated on a steep bluff overlooking the Severn Estuary from the north-west, this famous site was (...) "
(from http://www.roman-britain.org/places/lydney.htm )

It seems the temple of Lydney isn't in Dean Forest but maybe on the road between Gloucester and Caerwent.
(if i understound)

This would be an error of fact rather than an erratum in the sense of a grammatical mistake or an inconsistency with another part of the text or the core rules - which is the sort of thing that I think Greg is after tracking here.

In any case I don't think there is an error of fact here, the current day Forest of Dean is much smaller than it would have been in the past and, from the description, in the game world the Dean Forest stretches all the way north to Hereford (and beyond it would seem, if it 'surrounds' Hereford); so the idea of it extending south all the way along the west bank of the Severn (thus encompassing Lydney) does not seem unreasonable.

I understand, but if you look the map p. 23 (Forests and Terrains) where this forest appears and the position of Lydney Park on google (http://g.co/maps/d3u7a), it isn't.

Others errors :
p. 150 "of the later “ABBEY OF BEALE ” adventure" --> we can think it's an adventure that will play
--> of the later "Abbey of Beale Adventure" --> it's the abbey's name

"He is wearing armor like none ever seen: 14-point full plate, all black." p. 167 --> a full plate is 16 points.

P. 171 : "Lord Eurain Lord of Brandigan, (...) A peaceful, lawabiding warlord who once paid homage to the Duke of
Cambenet, but has not seen his liege for many years."
But, on Cumbrie description, p. 124 : "Brandigan: This motte-and-bailey is the only castle in all Rheged, and the seat of its king."

p. 172 : "Sir Lamorak de Gales, Round Table knight"
He isn's yet Round Table Knight. He will be after 520 (p. 186)
However, Tor, his brother, is. But no word about this.
