Greg, your Errata Goes Here thread is locked, I couldn't post into it.
Anyway, I think I found a mistake in the Gazebo Entry (edition 1, page 21). It has £0 annual maintenance, but still gives 1 Annual Glory. Almost all the other enhancements that have £0 annual maintenance give only one time Glory reward equal or less the amount used to build it (the one exception I could find is Chapel, which costs £8 / £0 maintain and gives 1 Annual Glory). Most of the enchantments that cost something to maintain give annual glory equal to the maintenance costs or less (Hermitage is an exception, giving more).
In any case, in our campaign, we errataed Gazebo to give one time Glory reward of 1, when it is built, and no annual glory (similar to Jousting List). I'd be curious, however, if this is a genuine errata, or a deliberate design choice by Greg?
