The total expenses in the same page (38, not 37) should be 17.5 libra, not 20.

EDIT: actually that page seems to be full of errors.

The sum of Expenses (miscellaneous goods) is 3.25, not 2.5.

The sum of Total Expenses gives 5 libra for Common Servants; this is actually 4.75. So the sum is 12+4.75+2.5, which is 19.25, not 20.

I haven't checked the other tables for different estates.

You forgot to correct the miscellaneous goods, which is £3.25.

Hence the sum is: 12+4.75+3.25 = £20, which is correct.

However, the discretionary fund being £0.85 instead of £0.2 as it should be could be construed as an error. But then the final sum would not match up.

I'm happy to report that the household models have been completely redone, from top to bottom. They are now more consistent, more scalable and altogether more accurate from a mathematics standpoint. Our thanks go out to the incomparable Morien who worked and reworked these till his fingers bled (from all the spreadsheet keyboarding).

The models are as good as they're ever likely to be, but should be viewed as guidelines, not straightjackets. Gamesters can fudge a bit here and there, if they want or ignore the details altogether.

The ESTATE v1.3 will be finished within the next few days — just final QC stuff going on now. It will likely be released within a week or so. It, much like the recent ENTOURAGE update, is a doozy.
