Greg took it down a while (couple of years?) back when he started working on the Book of the Warlord. I am sure he mentioned it in one of the threads, but I fumbled my Energetic and thus I am too lazy to look for the quote myself. :)

It is quite old, and my understanding of how things worked has undergone a quantum leap that made the article embarrassing for me

Mostly, though, it is important to understand that most counties don't have counts for them, and that the lord of a county does not rule everyone in the county
