We have used Lego bricks in several ways in our Pendragon campaign:

1) As miniatures in tactical fighting.
2) As miniatures to reflect the looks, equipment, entourage and social status of a knight.
3) To design castles.
4) To build working siege engines.

Here is more details of each use:

1) Using Lego minifigs instead of actual miniatures has its advantages for tactical combat. You can rebuilt the opposing forces differently for each battle and even construct some magical beasts and scenery/fortification elements. We have used 4x4 baseplates so that the baseplate equals 1 movement rate. Horses have bigger plates and you can also stand a group of enemies on a bigger plate. You can also build WH-style measuring sticks out of Lego. It's a lot of trouble to set up a detailed scene, so I have saved this treat only for a few selected battles.

Here are two battle scenes, first from an impromptu carnage inside a great hall, the second is a scene which I set up before the players arrived and they got to jump into action immediatly.

2) We have a system where the players can build their Lego knight using the following rules:

Clothes and armor:
Each level of income gives more lavish choices.

Weaponry:
As per carried. We have Lego options for every Pendragon weapon type.

Pennons to mark your glory:
Glory 1000-1999 (Average Knight): no pennons
Glory 2000-3999 (Notable Knight): 1 pennon
Glory 4000-7999 (Famous Knight): 2 pennons
Glory 8000+ (Extraordinary Knight): 3 pennons
Banneret: 1 banner

Appearance:
Higher appearance gives more choices from where to select your Lego head. Poor APP = "Saxon" head ;D

Heraldry:
I have printed small heraldic shields for each family to cover Lego shields.

Here we have an extraordinary knight banneret, Sir François-Bray and his herald Mihangel:

3) Players can design castles using prebuilt fortification elements. Here is Ebble, with a large gate, drawbridge, round center keep, surrounded by normal height curtain wall. 3 round towers (not show in this plan) were not built until the next year.

4) Finally, we have once conducted a siege with Lego siege engines. Each player had three chances with various munitions (stones, firebarrels, heads of fallen enemies) with the engine of his choice and each good hit gave their side better chances for capturing the city. Here is a picture of Mangolet and Trebuchet ovelooking the city of Trebes from a nearby hill.

I did the same thing years ago. Printed little blazons of the PCs to paste on their little shields...
Nice idea however to also do that for the castles!
Now a lego map of salisbury...

Hey, man, don't look at me!

Those Legos are fantastic, BTW!
