On the Noctural web-page there are a nice list with most of KAPs publication history, but it's not complete. An update would be nice, if the powers that are reads this.

The list looks like this:

List of Publications

By Publisher, and chronologically.

Chaosium, Inc.
CHA2701-X, King Arthur Pendragon, 1st Edition (1985)
CHA2702, The Pendragon Campaign (1985)
CHA2703, The Noble's Book (1986)
CHA2704, The King Arthur Companion (?1984)
CHA2705, The Grey Knight (1986)
CHA2706, Tournament of Dreams (1987)
CHA2701-X, King Arthur Pendragon, 2nd edition (cancelled)(1989) The list do not make clear that this one was cancelled
CHA2707, Knights Adventurous (1990)
CHA2708, The Boy King (1991)
CHA2709, King Arthur Pendragon 3rd edition (1990?)
CHA2710, Savage Mountains (1991)
CHA2711, Blood & Lust (CHA2711)
CHA2712, Perilous Forest (1992)
CHA2713, Pagan Shores (1994)
CHA2714, The Spectre King (1992)
CHA2715, Castle of Bones (cancelled)
CHA2716, King Arthur Pendragon Fourth edition (1993)
CHA2717, Beyond the Wall (1995)
CHA2718, Land of Giants (1996)
CHA2719, Lordly Domains (1997)

Green Knight Publications
GK2720, Tales of Chivalry and Romance (1999)
GK2721, Tales of Magic and Miracles (1999)
GK2722, Saxons (1999)
GK2723, Tales of Mystic Tournaments (2000)
GK2724, Book of Knights (2000)

White Wolf
WW17800, Pendragon 5th Ed. (2005)
WW17810, The Great Pendragon Campaign (2006)

Greg Stafford Pendragon
Book of the Manor (2007)
Book of Knights & Ladies, Advanced Character Generation (2007)

Nocturnal Media
King Arthur Pendragon Edition 5.1 (2010)

Now, to the list of Greg Staford Pendragon, we should add:

• Book of Battle (2009)
• Book of Armies (2009)

Those two are well known.

The complete Nocturnal list looks like this, I think:

• King Arthur Pendragon 5.1st edition (2010)
• The Great Pendragon Campaign (201?) [reprint?]
• Book of the Manor (200?) [reprint?]
• Book of Knights & Ladies (200?) [reprint?]
• Book of Battle (200?) [reprint?]
• Book of Armies (200?) [reprint?]
• Book of the Entourage (2012?) [reprint?]
• Book of Battle 2 (2012)
• Book of Estate (2013)
• Book of Records Vol 1: Knights (2013?) [pdf, no print]

Does anyone know the correct publication years for these products.

Is the Nocturnal GPC just a reprint of the WW GPC or was there any actual changes in the text?

Are the Noctural version of BoM, BoKaL, BoB and BoA just reprints of the Greg Stafford publications (with new covers), or were there any actual changes in the text?

A few clarifications:

Chaosium, Inc.
The King Arthur Companion (1983) [hardcover]
CHA2704, The King Arthur Companion (1986) [2nd edition, softcover]
CHA2708, The Boy King (1997) [reprint with new cover]
CH6200 The Arthurian Companion (1997) [softcover, novel size]

Green Knight Publications
GK2716, King Arthur Pendragon Fourth edition (1999) [reprint]
GK2724, Tales of the Spectre Kings (2001) [same number as Book of Knights]
The Arthurian Companion, 2nd Edition (2001) [softcover, novel size]

Arthaus a White Wolf subsidiary, paired with Greg Stafford for the following:
WW17800, Pendragon 5th Ed (2005)
WW17810, The Great Pendragon Campaign (2006) [hardcover and B&W softcover]
Pendragon Gamemaster Characters (2006) [pdf, no print]
Book of the Manor (2007)
Book of Knights & Ladies, Advanced Character Generation (2007)
Book of Battle (2009)
Book of Armies (2009)

Nocturnal Dates based on release dates via DriveThruRPG; I don't think they were ever released direct from Nocturnal, but rather POD
King Arthur Pendragon 5.1 (2010) [hardcover and softcover]
Book of Armies (2011) [reprint with new cover]
Book of Battle (2011) [reprint with new cover]
Book of Knights & Ladies (2011) [reprint with new cover]
Book of the Manor 2d edition (2011) [New cover and 15 additional pages of material]
Book of the Entourage (2012) [New material, NOT a reprint]
Book of Battle 2nd Edition (2012) [hardcover and softcover]
Book of the Estate (2013) [hardcover and softcover]
Book of Records Vol 1: Knights (2013) [pdf, no print]

Finally, not sure if Nocturnal ever put their stamp on GPC. I have a softcover POD that still indicates Arthaus (no text changes to my knowledge).

Cheers!

Thanks, Chuck, I'll need some time to digest all that. I'll be back.

PS I found your blog. You have all of these books, right :)

I'm missing the second edition Arthurian Companion (both hard and soft cover), but otherwise have at least one of everything, including the 11 fiction books published under the Green Knight banner. 8)

I'll have to take a picture of everything one day!

Yes, you should take a picture, and post here. It will get people drooling. Or, me, at least.

Some additions:

In addition to the Chaosium original, there is a Green Knight printing of Lordly Domains (GK2719).

In addition to the 11 Green Knight fiction books, there was one from Chaosium.

Tales of the Spectre Kings is numbered GK2726. Faeries was to be GK2725 and The Holy Grail was to be GK2727, but neither was published.

Thanks for this.

I caught the Lordly Domains printing and will update my list.

What fiction tile was from Chaosium?

While Tales of the Spectre Kings may have been noted in some places as GK2726, mine is actually marked GK2724, with it marked 2714 on the interior title page. Could this be a misprint? DO you actually have a copy marked GK2726?

Where does your information come from regarding Faeries (GK2725) and The Holy Grail (GK2727)?

My copy has GK2724 on the back and in the interior ... But I guess it is a misprint.

I vaguely remember a rumor about a Holy Grail-book. But I too, wonder where this information comes from.

Both books are cited (with several others) in RPGNet's "A BRIEF HISTORY OF GAME #5: GREEN KNIGHT PUBLISHING: 1998-2002", available here:
http://www.rpg.net/columns/briefhistory/briefhistory5.phtml

Personally, I am quite sure that a Holy Grail book was in the works, since I revised the manuscript at the time. It was a large ms, not the size of the GPC, but also not much smaller.

I vaguely remember seeing some ads for the two books, and even the cover of the Grail book, but I don't know where to find them. I'll try to find something.

Percival And The Presence Of God is CHA 6201.

My Spectre Kings is 2714 instead, 2724 on the back cover, and 2726 on the spine. The latter must be the actual number.

I'm still pursuing this topic, trying to get a complete list, but it will take time.

In the mean time, Historian, I too wonder about your source for the two non-published books.

I don't recall at this point. They just sit in my spreadsheet with a notation of NOT PUBLISHED.

Probably a pre-order listing - something like this: http://www.rpgunited.com/pages/pages/gree.html

There are others if you search around with search terms of pendragon, holy grail/faeries, and the product codes.

I'd love to put a copy of this on the website when it is all sorted out
I'll look into those nonpublished numbers too

Great!
