I wonder if there exist any "Regional Trait Modifiers" for characters from Continental regions. I looked but can't find anything on this.

Since each continental region produces characters from but a single culture, I assume these are worked in to the trait base values already, but I wanted to be sure.

You assume correctly. Apart from places like Brittany and Aquitaine, the Continent is painted with a broad brush. Not to the same detail as the British Isles, and Great Britain in particular.
