What table are you referring to? The tables on pages 31-33?

I have on p. 31, Logres: Essex, Hampshire, Kent, Sussex (the last one actually continuing on p. 32).

I have on p. 32, Cumbria: Deira and Nohaut.

The North seems to be missing completely, though, like you said. The farther parts of Ireland as well.

You are correct that those outside Ireland and the North ARE in the tables.
I found those you listed failed I merely failed to transfer correctly onto the lists I am making.
