Just curious, I have my version 1.3 and just noticed the table of contents saying "pages" are on page 10 and they actually are on page 11.

Post them here. Please put the page number in the Topic title, and be as specific as possible when describing the issue. I've already got a v.1.4 version started, and yours is only the second issue reported. Gonna see if we collect any more in the coming weeks and months before issuing the next update.
