Anyone going? I was sad to see not a single Pendragon game available among the RPG events, but my wife and I might be able to join an impromptu one if anyone here is interested in running such a thing.

Alas, no. I'm going to England this year instead — visiting a lot of PENDRAGON places, including Old Sarum!

And I will be out of the country as well. I really hope next year I can make both Origins and GenCon. Depends on cost. More than likely, only one.

I will be there again with my daughter this year. Her age gets in the way of me running a game this year, but I hope to be back in the Pendragon GM mode for future Gen Cons.

And find Mr. Stafford we did!

My wife and I had the great pleasure to finally shake hands with Mr. Stafford, who is an absolute class act all around. This was a wish fulfilled for us, as we have enjoyed and admired Pendragon for many, many years.

It really was one of the highlights of all the GenCons we've been to.

I also enjoyed the honor of meeting Greg in person, and tried not to bend his ear too hard about my ongoing GPC campaign. Also picked up a copy of Mythic Britain for RQ, and somehow managed to not have the book rip through my bag on the way home -- it was an impulse by, and I have negligible room left in my luggage. I didn't buy any Pendragon books while there (all sold out by the time I arrived), but I think I might already own them all, at least in digital versions, so not a horrible loss.

Surely one of these days I'll get to meet Stewart, as well... particularly since we both live in Houston.

Wait — you're a Houston boy?

Why didn't you say so, neighbor?

I've long admired your campaign blog, and stolen shamelessly from it. Had no idea you were in Houston. We should get together and talk KAP!

I wish I had been able to attend as I have never been to a GenCon. Next year I will most definitely be there! I quite enjoyed reading the interview transcript with Greg Stafford and the pictures a friend of mine took were spectacular!
