When Book of Battle comes out, it will be available. I have been considering breaking it down into parts, to make it les expensive. But that takes time, and for now we are working on BoB.

BoB is in the editing stage now. After that, it goes to layout, then must be checked and corrected, so please be patient.

Possibly. It is Print on Demand, the price can shift with the volume. I will have to wait and see. Sorry.
