I'm finally managing to read Estate & Warlord and I really like them! (although I feel that I will use most of them later on).
I have a doubt: did you update Glory for titles?
SO here 2 questions:

1)
Starting players who are supposed to be Vassal Knights/Vavasours/Landed Knights and therefore, according to Core Rules 5.1 p. 221 they start with + 50 Glory.
Nevertheless, Book of the Warlord p.6 speaks about +200 Glory.
I guess that +200 glory is now official and the +50 glory does not work anymore.
Am I wrong?

Glad you liked them!. The answer to your question is: Yes. Becoming a vassal knight is a big deal, and the glory amount needed updating from 50. We did fix the glory amounts in the revision to 200 Glory per 'step' on the title-ladder.

The rule is that you get the value of your land (up to 100), so £10 manor (the new default) will give you 10 Glory.
