Hi good people. First post and request for help.
I'm running the GPC and have reached the Invasion of Frankland. Problem is, when I try to come up with interesting stuff for the knights to do, I can't seem think of any. I don't know why, it is just that my creativity seem to have vanished.
So any good ideas? What happened in your campaign when the knights went to the continent?

It has been awhile now, but I remember in our invasion of Frankland our great moment was at the Seige of Soisson. Our pk's were not too impressed with the Continental leaders skill, but quite impressed by Madoc's leadership. Having failed to breach the gates for quite a few weeks, the Logres contigent was primed to pull out. Wounded and wary, Gerin the Gieantslayer made an imprompto appeal to give Madoc the task of taking the gate in the last week. His orate successful the men rallied around Madoc for one last final attempt, which proved to be the turnning point as the gates finally crumbled and Soisson fell.
But poor Gerin, would not survive the ensuing melee within the city, but he will always be remembered as the valorious hero of Soisson! Determined to continue on regardless to injury, he died a glorious death.

My lot went out with the Preator to rally troops and mixed receptions, then got attacked by a Frankish warband on the way back.
The they followed events, saving the Earl and holding the gate, as I recall nearly lost a few players.
This has also been posted which is perfect for your situation to generate great ideas:-
