Hi,
I am just coming up to the end of the Uther Period and wondered is Oct and Eosa killed at the battle of St Albans or do they escape?
I am guessing they are slain?
Cheers,

Don't know what the GPC says, but i believe in our campaign one of them died. i may be misremembering the battle, but we had an opportunity to either take the saxon standard or go for one of the bosses. We took the standard and left the kings to themselves.

BIG STEVE...... c'mon man..... yur gonna make me cry dude, trying to think of the warlord chronicles and such...... I dont think that the power of the saxons could ultimately be broken if AElle or Cerdic lived to rally more troops. In fact Aethelswith and every other saxon Ruler should all die too. There should be NOOOOOOO good lord to RALLY behind. Period. I think that a climactic battle between the saxon lords and the player knights or at least Arthur and his best should be done. Its just super cool.

The GPC (in the section on Saxon kingdoms at the start of the Anarchy) implies that Octa dies (King of Nohaut until 495), but that Eossa survives (King of Deira until 495, King of Nohaut until 518).
IIRC this is in contradiction to The Boy King, which had both Kings being taken prisoner during the battle and then executed for breaking their oaths not to oppose Uther (that they had given after being taken prisoner at the Battle of Windsor).

Nice one, after a bit of google-fu they all seem to say they both die.
But I may well go with Silburn.
