The event says: "Taken (and damaged) from Duke Lucius by West Saxons."
OK, Harborkeep is part of Duke Lucius' honour in 485. However, there are a couple of small hitches here:
1) Duke Lucius dies in 486, fighting against EAST Saxons in Caercolun. (GPC & p. 22 of BotW)
2) These events detail what happens during Anarchy, 495 - 509.
3) West Saxons do not appear until 496, a decade after the duke's death.
