I am creating a Roman knight from Silchester. In KAP4, all Romans have a directed trait of Suspicious (Non-Romans) of 2d6 and those from Silchester also have a passion of Hate (Saxons). Those values don't appear in BoKL. Was this deliberate or an oversight?

The suspicious directed trait is on purpose--it can mess up a party of Knight-players too easily
Hate Saxons--if it is pre-Badon, go ahead and use it
If of course the potential to mess up a player knight group if one of them is a Saxons, even a good Saxon
but that is OK

Greg, one of the things that makes Pendragon so enjoyable is that you, the creator, are always so accessible. I snail mailed you a letter sometime back in 1987/1988 with another character creation which you answered promptly (wish I could remember what the question was). Thank you, for everything.
