On Greg's website there is a PDF detailing Ambrius Hundred in Salisbury. The lord is the Abbot-bishop of Ambrius Abbey. However, two starting player manors (Coelstown/Coldtown and Newtown) are located in the hundred. Is the liege for these manors still Count Roderick or the Abbot-bishop?

I believe all the "starting manors" are in Roderick's Gift.

Count Roderick holds those manors and may grant them as he sees fit

When Book of Salisbury is released you will see a number of these kinds of manors within a hundred held by another
It is pretty standard in the Middle Ages to do this
Basically, when the hundred was granted to the abbey, those lands were held by someone else already

A bit rough on bishops sometimes when the King was distraught about the lands being returned to the Crown.
