I'm not sure if this the correct forum for this type of thread, but I don't see anything better, so ...

My latest word on these is zip, nada, zilch, nunca, zero nothing. They are not available, nor is there any hint of making them so in the future.
The fate of these works is held by WW, which has grown so large with its Icelandic connections that, alas, this game is of no consequence. Yet, though worthless to them, they cling to it.
I am helpless to make it otherwise unless they should, some time, stir enough to even reply to my mail.
Fat F chance of that, it seems.
I am officially, publicly, hopeful that it will occur.

So, Greg, does this mean WW has these products by the family jewels and there is nothing you can do about it? That publication of future Pendragon products is at the whim of these guys?

Basically, yes. Although fan products (like mine) are ok

Well if fan products are ok, maybe we forum members should get together and do one. Like a book of NPCs or Adventures.

Adventures then!
They are the most difficult to do, and the most important part to keep the game flowing.
And if you don't want to publish them, I will be happy to consider doing so.

Why, those craven churls! The good tale o' the King of the Red City speaks sooth. Let a base-born into your circle for a chance to do good, and their true nature verily prevails!!!! :)

So, you can still publish stuff "as a fan"? At least its not apocalyptic news ... just outta curiosity ... how much would it take to get the ... what is it, the trademark? ... back into your own hands?

I, and several publishers have been told, "It is not for sale."

Now, friends--I am going to ask everyone not to go off on a flame about this policy. Yes, we all agree it is stupid, and it is a bit of a bother to me, indeed. But there is no point in useless flame and heat here, please. I am sure that some other forum will be happy to entertain such, but not here, ok?

Thanks.

The Book of Adventures! Sounds good to me - I've got a couple of pieces I could contribute. I've got a game I ran at Continuum last year which I'd happily include. It hopefully ends with the players entering a battle, which I could modify to use the new battle rules. I could also write up the piece I promised a while back looking at Weddings in Pendragon as a set of ideas to plug into a game when required.

Anyone else in? If interest exists, we should spin off onto a separate thread...
