Is there anything apart from mounted bonus that is applied AFTER skill is split?

I'd say all reflexive bonuses (+X/-X):
- higher ground (mounted vs. unmounted)
- doing multiple things at once (getting up from the ground, rearming a weapon)

My argument for this is that the way the multiple combat works is that FIRST you split the skill, and THEN you apply the reflexive modifiers.

Non-reflexive modifiers like Passion Inspiration apply to your BASE skill, whether you are fighting or not.

I thought of the +5 for lance-at-a-charge (vs weapon other than lance or greatspear) but that can't be a split attack anyway, so it doesn't come into consideration.
