A Player-Knight has household knights. Are they considered his vassals or only if they own land from the PK?

Depends on the context:

Are they vassals in the context of Loyalty (Vassals)?
Yes, I'd say so. They'd be more accurately Retainers, but I'd let the same passion apply.

Are they vassals in the context of ransoming their lord?
Nope, since they don't have their lands to get the money from, IMHO. However, they probably would be expected to try and help in gathering the money from the liege's lands etc, helping their lord in that way.

Are they vassal knights?
Not in the meaning of 'landholding knight', obviously.

Thanks. I was wondering whether the Loyalty (Vassals) would apply to them, but then again the rules state they have Loyalty (Lord) so, in this context, Loyalty (Vassals) is an apt descriptor.

I interpret Loyalty (Vassals) as follows: It concerns all those noble knights and lords that have sworn loyalty to you as a lord.
So thats the same as Morien did. If a PK states that he has a different feeling towards his HHKs as his vassals you could split the loyalties, but If a person does this I use that as a GM. It is the start of a rebellion, or at least rivalry between the groups.

By the way, does every household knight has his own squire?

Normally, yes. Squires are part and parcel of the knightly package (£4), and a knight without a squire is at a disadvantage, both on battlefield (no squire rolls, no help in disengaging) and off (having to do the maintenance of the horses, armor, etc...).
