I fear that PoD is no longer available, due to the dead tree version not having received the last BIG update, see here:

Are there any plans from Noturnal to such an update and produce a dead tree version anywhere soon?

I don't know about the production schedule for hard copies.
I'd think it is relatively easy since they are all Print On Demand
But I don't really know anything about the process

Yet sadly the listing for the most updated Book of Entourage does not have the Print on Demand option available.
