To answer my own question, it looks like they're part of the Paladin Kickstarter.

It would be nice to know if it'll come out before Paladin or if it ships at the same time (which is a long way away!)

I sincerely wish there could be a ready answer to this, but it is out of my pay scale and since Nocturnal is under temporary management at this time, I am not confident it can be answered right now
I don't know of the temporary managers are on the forum, either
