I am a backer of the Paladin Kickstarter, but I am quite confused.

The Paladin Kickstarter ended, and the BackerKit has come out.

I filled out my BackerKit survey in November, but they still have not processed the payment.

Does anyone have an idea of *when* the BackerKit will be processing?

Credit cards are not charged until the creator closes the survey. There is no set period, apparently each creator decides how long the survey remains open. However, as long as your choices and postal address (if applicable) have been registered correctly, you are set up and don't need to worry. Your credit card will be charged automatically when the survey closes (and you will be probably warned 2-3 weeks in advance of the closing date; again, this seems to depend heavily on creators' choices).
