Hi, i have just began a new GPC game and one of the players insisted, a lot, in his character's mother being irish. My question is, being the date 488, may some of his irish kinsmen be knights? when did the feudalization of Leinster begin?

Yes they may, although you will have to figure out the reasons, etc. Leinster is not officially feudal at that time, but it can be in your game!
