How much does a point of siege equipment cost?

Before Arthur, £10 per point
Boy King (510–525 or something) £5 per point
£1 per point

Note that these are the 'Lordly Domains' prices. I've done a quick scan and it appears that the price of siege equipment doesn't appear anywhere in the 5th edition books (altho' a squad of siege engineers are a mercenary troop type in the core rules price list).

I've had a chance to check as well. Actually, the old Boy King supplement states that the price for siege equipment is £10 up until 509. The £5 for Arthur's early reign seems to be a Lordly Domains thing though and can probably be ignored.

So the answer is £1 per point from 510, and ten times as much prior to that.
