are there any rules on horse breeding? One of my (rich) player knights wants to start breeding horses..

All landed knights have a herd of horses, which is where they get their horses. The Book of the Manor (http://www.gspendragon.com/pendragonpublications.html#bookofthemanor) has rules for those interested in a larger than ususal herd.

That's only for ordinary horses.. Are there rules for knights who want to breed Andulusian chargers, or create perfect-colored chargers?
Or even fairie-horses... [In the adventure of ghost-knight (if I remember correctly) are some quick rules for attempting to interbreed a faerie-horse, but I need something broader].
With the enchantment of Britain I tend to allow the historical inaccuracy of knights attempting at breeding...

There seems to be someone in every campaign that wants these details.
I have no system for it now, and do not intend to make any.

I will be happy to post peoples' suggestions for it on my site.

I once had a submission (oh, 20 years ago or so) from a professional horse breeder on this, leaning heavily on the dynastic segment, and (I think) even including a "family events chart." It was fascinating, but far to complex to use. It is too bad it was in the days of typewriter, or else I'd just post it now.

That sounds exactly what I am looking for (my players all have physics PhDs and so can love complexity)
Would it be possible to scan this submission and post as jpgs/pngs? I gladly volunteer to type it or OCR it..
