Is there an overview of all structures mentioned in the Constructions sections of the GPC introduction of each period?
Are the prices mentioned in the GPC correct?
Do certain structures become cheaper over time?

Actually the prices for most fortifications should be five times higher than the rulebook and GPC state.

It is based on The Book of The Manor, p. 20.

Doesnt book of the Manor refer to 3th edition 'Nobles Book' and not 5th edition GPC?

Yeah, but Pendragon rulesbook and GPC both have the Nobles Book prices.
