So this is a strange one. My girlfriend (who is a gamer) has decided she wants to give pendragon a try and has asked me to run a game for her and four of her friends (gamers all) so I figured I'd pull out the optional rules for lady knights, but they shot that down, they all want to play traditional ladies. I'm at a bit of a loss for stories though. When we get to the court of love it should be easier, particularly when we get to the romance period. But at the moment I'm a bit stumped... any ideas? ???

There are the things that get a Lady Glory. Games and adventures ought to revolve around them doing those things.

I suggest that they just have men folk the same way a knight has a wife: just a PNC with three stats an a name.
Every year, send him off to war, to to pillage, or to adventure. Cry a little bit, get on with the game.

Make a list of things that the women might want to get a hold of, and who has them, and how they might be gained by your ladies.

I would not restrict a woman's affections simple because she does not live in the Romance Age. A GMC with promises, an ambitious woman, an unoccupied manor...

Finally, ASK THEM.
