The Lands and Leaders of Pendragon (http://www.gspendragon.com/leaders.html) is confusing me. A lot of leaders are apparently vassals of King Belinans, but Belinans himself is never actually ruler.

Builth [Cambria]
Ruler: King Tathal
Vassal of: Belinans of Powys
After the conquest of Cambria
Vassal of: King Arthur

Elfael [Cambria]
Ruler: King Idwal of Elfael
Vassal of: King Belinans of Powys

Orofoise [Cambria]
Ruler: Earl Gwarfen
Vassal of: King Belinans of Sugales (Powys)

But! …drumroll…

Powys [Cambria]
485-c500
Ruler: Rhyddfedd Frych (the Freckled)
Vassal of: no one
c500-565
Ruler: King Brandigan
Vassal of: no one, until Cambrian War, the King Arthur

So when is Belinans king of Powys?

Thank you for helping me out.

Hi

I think Brandigan is a mistake for Belinan (see Savage mountain)
Brandigan is not a KAP character but a location
