In the example battle round 3, step, the knight doesnt want his squired to be bother by "Leading" a captured horse.
But nowhere "Leading" is mentioned.
How many horses can a squire take with him? Is there a penalty?
Do captured horses need to be retreated from battle or can you take them with you during battle.
Can you give on of those captured horses to fellow (unhorsed) unit members or their (unhorsed) squires?

On page 43, under Immediate Conditions, is Guiding mentioned, and that gives an appropriate -5 penalty. :)

It should say "guiding"

three or four, I suppose, each at -5 per horse

Lead them around if you want, but your squire will be badly hampered.
And if he fumbles, he loses the horses.

Can you give on of those captured horses to fellow (unhorsed) unit members or their (unhorsed) squires?

Yes, though watch the actions on this kind of thing.
