My PKs (they are 3) entered the ennemy camp (-20 battle intensity) and won a decisive victory at Mearcred Creek. What should be the loot for each PK? According to the table on p.58 of BoB, it should be 5 (medium battle) X 3 (because they entered ennemy camp first), so 15 libra per PK. Or should they share the 15 libra? The text is not clear if the amount of treasure gained is for the whole unit or each PK. If it is for the whole unit, should it be divided with the unit leader and the followers, or just among the PKs?

I'd say it is per knight (per PC knight anyway - the supporting NPC knights might not get as much). Plunder awards have always been per knight in the past.
