Last night proved expensive for one of the characters in my campaign. One of his manors got pillaged and after mods he rolled a 21 for the property destruction (hall and roll again) followed by a 23 (a quarter of the village and 1d3 fields). Ouch.

Fields can be replanted next year and a hall can be rebuilt (eventually) but if the player wanted to pay for a quarter of a village what would he build? Is that a bunch of commoner's houses at 3/2 libra each or a hamlet at whatever-it-is libra?

Regards
Luke
