I know that this is not a "rules" question per se - but how does one go about ordering the other Pendragon books like the Book of the Manor and the Knights and Ladies book and the Book of Battles and Book of Armies?

I would like very much to get my hands on these.

There's bad news and good news:

Bad news? I think I'm right in saying that they're all out of print right now :'(
Good news? Greg has been working on new versions, which will be published by Nocturnal ;D

Don't know when this will be yet - finished manuscripts have been handed into the publisher, but they are still getting themselves set up, a labour of love rather than a larger company. Once their website is done (I know they are working on this right now as they have been in touch regarding the material on the old) I'm sure we'll hear more.

Should/could this be stickied? I have wondered the same thing myself--having been introduced to Pendragon only in the last year. Which is, of course, after BoB, BoA, BoK&L, and BotM were out of print. My intention is to (when they are available) purchase them all--both to support Greg & Nocturnal and to have my very own set of rules.

The reason for the items beingf out of print is that they were all self-published by Greg rather than by a RPG company. THis was becuase the previous owner of the game system had no interest in publishing more Pendragon material. Greg actually got special permission to publish the supplments himself, on a limited basis. Becuase of the samll print runs, all the supplments practically sold out immmedtiately.

Once Pendragon got a new owner (Noctural), Greg no longer has to publish these things himself, and evetually all the material will be updated and reprinted by Nocturnal, probably at higher quality at lower cost. Since Noctural is a new company and get getting started, we just don't know when.
