Yes

The charlemagne game is coming along very nicely, but as is my habit, I won't give any estimate of release

The Japanese3 setting has suffered a setback insofar as the nuclear reactor thing has caused some delay

thanks! also to use this opportunity to thank you! you take my friends and me each friday to ancient britain and back and we have loads of fun! gpc is the best thing that i have ever game-mastered and that we have played.

ummm, sorry 'bout the reactor but that is not good enough reason for delay [joking]

I'd also love to see "Beowulf", "Ring of the Nibelungen" and "Deitrich". Along with KAP, it would cover a lot of ground for that era of Western Europe with "Charlemagne" covering the future.

Me too. I have spoken with some people about this, and I welcome a proposal from any informed person.

Ahead of every other new setting right now is the Heroic Greek game!
Don't ask for more, because this isn't any.

The setting for Beowulf already exists, it's Land of Giants.

The Caarlemagne game is being edited now. It is quite a bit larger than we had anticipated.
The Greek Mythology one is lined up after that
I am still trying to find a replacement author for the Japanese game.
We don't have any dates though, because to set them and fail generates only disappointment

Great to know about the Charlemagne one, even though I'm not personally interested in that one. But it's great to know that it is already in such an advanced state and these alternative settings aren't just "vaporware".

I may bite the Greek one. Trojan War, right? The Bronze Age comics series should provide good visual inspiration for players and GMs of that one.

As for the Japanese setting, that's the one I most wish for. If I wasn't so busy I'd apply myself for the job. I can still help out with that one, as long as I'm not a primary writer.

A Charlemagne campaign based off of Matter of France or Orlando Furioso would be amazing! One of the house rules we briefly implemented involved a time travel adventure where the players walked through a magical cavern and emerged during the time of Charlemagne and encounter Lady Bradamante and a female knight we created, Lady Leondra Couer d'Acier. Attached is a character write-up for Bradamante and will post Leondra Couer d'Acier.

I'm looking forward to the Charlemagne game, though the Bronze Age has also piqued my interest. The first thing that popped into my head when I read about it was the idea of using such rules to run a game or mini-campaign set in the Britain of Wace/Layamon's Brut. I did a one night session flashback to that era in my old Pendragon campaign when one of the characters unearthed Brutus' bronze sword during an adventure. The whole "Trojans in Britain" thing is kind of a hoot.

The Charlemagne game is in production
I know nothing else about it
The Samauri game has fallen out
The author had some difficulties after the Fukushima meltdown and has dropped out
I am trying to find another person to write it
