Hello everyone,
I'm working on a house rule regarding combat, specifically the part where you succeeded in your combat roll but the other guy beat you.
Right now, a partial success in combat means you get your shield bonus.
=== === === ===
HOUSE RULE:
If you get a partial success in combat you can...
a: apply your shield bonus to your armor
b: if still able after damage is determined you can roll your own damage against
your attacker with the penalty of -1d6/10pts of damage received
(thus 1-10pts damage = -1d6, 11-20pts = 12d6, etc).
Decision of whether you are going to apply A or B must be made *before* you know how hard they can hit or how much damage they did to you.

comments please (grin)
