I could have sworn that I saw an article that Greg Stafford wrote about revising the potential wives in the GPC. Now that I've read it, I wanted to download/save that, but for the life of me I can not find it on his site nor anywhere in the forums.

I'm fairly certain I'm just blind, but could someone point me in the right direction?
